As part of onboarding all new managed support customers we will survey your existing environment and produce an initial report. This contains Cyber Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery recommendations.
For each customer we compile a full set of documentation which we maintain and ensure is up to date.
Our Managed Support includes a world class service desk solution, monitoring solution and documentation. All systems are connected and always up to date. For example, if we install a new laptop for a customer our monitoring system will automatically detect this and further update our service desk software and customer documentation.

Small Business Support (SBS):
For the smaller customer who only wants occasional support without SLA we offer SBS. This is an adhoc service with many of the benefits of managed support. Customers simply purchase a block of 5 or 10 hours support which is then available to use as you like. Access to the service desk and scheduled onsite support.
